Our staff is emphathetic to the need while listening and guiding to the level of coverage that balances cost and coverage. Our agency DOES understand the importance of coverage and how that coverage can position you to survive/succeed when “life’s twists” occur.
The agency as a whole works to be YOUR ADVOCATE. That advocacy starts with positioning coverage, reviewing coverage on a scheduled bases, prompt attention to your changing needs, and claim assistance when desired.

Contacting our agency will result in the following actions:
Prompt response to your initial contact. If we miss your call, expect a QUICK response to your message. Prompt quote response can also be expected to your online quote request.
With either initial contact, a quote will be compiled and submitted via e-mail and/or a phone call.
The phone call will review requested coverage and a quick review your immediate needs. If we have the correct starting data, a quote will be available with this initial contact. Adjusting coverage and quoted price can be done “on the fly” over the phone or via e-mail request.
PRICE vs. Quote: We will work to provide ACCURATE quotes based on the information recieved. To convert the QUOTE to a Price, it does require that we have a Driver’s license number for each driver. Name on the Driver’s license is needed verses any nick names. Having the Correct PRIOR insurance carrier info, and each car’s VIN will help ensure that quote and price stay consistant.
We can provide PRICE quickly with correct and all data submitted on the application. NOTE: to convert a quote to a price, there is a cost to our agency of $15.00+ dollars. We do not run Drivers License History without your approval on the quote. Our goal is to provide YOU with correct information while mitigating our costs if you are not interested in moving forward.
After your approval on PRICE and Coverage, we will send over a full application via FAX or E-mail. Your signature, payment, and fax back of the documents will enable IMMEDIATE coverage. (NOTE: Phone approval to move forward may be enough to active coverage in some cases.)
Coverage will result in- A Fax or E-Mail to you with your insurance card. We can also immediately send proof of coverage to the dealer, lienholder, or leasing company.
In 5-7 days, the policy will be sent to you with a credit card size insurance card.
Billing can be inititated via: auto pay via a checking account or savings account (2% discount applies), or auto pay via Credit Card on a monthly basis or in full each 6 months, or monthly or 6 month physical bill. Plenty of options including online payments or call our office to process your payment quickly.
We will NOT barage you with a un-ending flow of e-mail. Your data is kept private and we will work with you to review coverage at scheduled intervals.
